If you have video content that is in a language that you can't understand, the first solution to this is to find a dubbed version. If that fails, subtitles can help. But what if the content is a streaming flash video (or other similar tech)? It's not possible to inject subtitles in directly. Subtitle Player is a simple and very basic application that plays subtitles in a window. The window can be moved around and also supports transparency for content that takes up the entire screen.
